We collect what you give us to run the shop: your name, phone or email if you leave garments or ask us to call back, and payment details at the till. There is no customer login on this website.

Hosting logs (IP address, pages requested) may be stored by our hosting company for security. Google reviews and photos on the site come from Google’s Places API.

We do not sell your details. We keep ticket and contact information only as long as we need it to return garments, answer a query, or meet tax rules.

To ask what we hold, call the shop or email us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
