These terms apply when you leave garments at Best Dry Cleaners & Alterations, 42 Collier Row Road, Romford RM5 3PA.

Tell us about stains, previous repairs and high-value items when you drop off. Hidden faults can show after cleaning.

Turnaround times given in the shop are estimates. Collection is during opening hours unless we agree otherwise.

Free pick and drop, and free 1-hour parking, are as stated in the shop. Ask us for the area we cover and any minimum spend.

Uncollected items may be disposed of after a reasonable time if we cannot reach you on the details you gave. Shirt offers apply only as shown on the offers page and in the shop.

Liability for loss or damage is limited to the charge for that ticket, except where the law does not allow a limit. This does not affect your statutory rights. English law applies.
